Policies

 PAYMENT-  I accept PayPal and credit cards.    I look forward to painting something special for you and I want to give you a 5 star shopping experience. Since everything is hand painted and customized to your specifications, I will begin painting your order once the payment has been processed. I do not use stencils. I regret that I cannot give refunds or accept returns since all items are personalized unless it was my error and so please make sure the spelling of the name is very clear and correct.  Call me please immediately if you need to cancel or to change an order!! Please communicate your concerns right away so that I can accommodate you and make you happy!!
DELIVERY TIME and SHIPPING - Items are processed in the order that they are received.   If it is for a special occasion, please let me know so that I can do my best to get it to you in time. However, items need to dry thoroughly and varnish needs to set and cure and so I can send to you a gift card message (on our stationery) that you can bring to the party  or I can mail the gift card to the receiver of the gift if necessary telling them that something special has been ordered for them and it will arrive in a few weeks.  

 Clothing and bib items- approx. 2-3 weeks depending on shipping distance 

Jewelry box- 1-2 weeks depending on shipping distance 

Name plaques- approximately 3-4 weeks and 

 Step Stools - approximately 4-5 weeks depending on shipping distance. 

Advanced orders are greatly appreciated around holiday time -allowing perhaps 6 weeks.  Of course if it is completed earlier, it gets sent ASAP.  I gift wrap all items free of charge and will send them to the address that you specify in your order. Items are shipped USPS.
